Windows 7 GodMode

By creating a new folder in Windows 7 and renaming it with a certain text string at the end, users are able to have a single place to do everything from changing the look of the mouse pointer to making a new hard-drive partition.

Although it works fine in 32-bit versions of Vista, it can cause 64-bit versions of that operating system to crash. Be warned that this is a WINDOWS 7 TIP not VISTA!!! So I do not recommend you do this if you have Vista!

To enable "GodMode," create a new folder and then rename the folder to the following:

GodMode.{ed7ba470-8e54-465e-825c-99712043e01c}

Delete a file through Notepad

To Delete a file through Notepad, open the Notepad.
Type the name of the drive and then name of the folder and the file and then save is as "anyname.cmd" e.g.

del c:\some\folder\file.txt

Then, open the cmd file and you will notice that the file is deleted.

On-Screen Keyboard is an accessibility utility that displays a virtual keyboard on the computer screen that allows people with mobility impairments to type data by using a pointing device or joystick. Besides providing a minimum level of functionality for some people with mobility impairments, On-Screen Keyboard can also help people who do not know how to type. This procedure tells you how to turn on and use On-Screen Keyboard.
On the Start menu:

Point to All Programs.
Point to Accessories.
Point to Accessibility.
Select On-Screen Keyboard.

Note A message box with a link to more information about the On-Screen Keyboard may appear. To close the box, select OK.
